Off to St. Luis, Missouri! Since we lived in Omaha for 1 year there wasn't too much site seeing that we wanted to do and after the long drives it was nice to recover and recharge. We stopped by Kansas City for some bbq! Arthur Bryant was a place that we used to go to for some yummy bbq and that is where we decided to take my parents and kiddos. It was as good as we remembered and it was fun to share that with them.
In St. Luis we visited the arch, drove by Ballpark Village and saw Busch Stadium, and had dinner at Bonefish Grill. Bonefish Grill was another favorite spot in Omaha but unfortunately this one wasn't as good. Their corn chowder was spicy, over salted and too creamy and the rib eye was also disappointing. Fortunately, Chris enjoyed his poke bowl which was basically deconstructed ahi tuna sushi and my mom enjoyed her salmon dish.
