Canyonlands National Park was beautiful! Its more desert than the other national parks we have seen in Utah but still beautiful. Lots of rock formations and interesting short hikes we could take the kiddos on. They loved seeing new places and hiking up for a better view.
We stayed mostly in the Island in the Sky area where we hiked whales rock, mesa arch and upheaval dome. We also stopped by the visitors center only to find out the best views required strenuous hiking so we were glad we did the ones we did.
