We spent another night in Moab, UT because Arches National Park is right around the corner from our hotel. This park also had interesting and beautiful rock formations but the hike out to some of their more popular sites was too far for the kiddos. The double arch formation was really pretty and the three windows was awesome too. Chris started not feeling well and we suspect it was the mexican food he had the night before.
Next stop was Salt Lake City, Utah! His friend Steve suggested Porcupine Grill so we went there for dinner. The nachos were amazing! The entrees were ok but not as good as we had hoped but they did have a large selection of beer to chose from. They are at the base of some nice ski hills so it was off season and not too busy.
