Quick & Easy Grilled Shrimp plus

Summer time is the perfect time to fire up the grill and change up the menu for meal time.  We have a few family favorites but today I'm going to be sharing how to make these quick & easy shrimp skewers!

Prep the shrimp (1lb) - if it isn't already peeled then you'll need to do that.

Rinse and place into a large bowl.  Add in about 2tbsp salt and water enough to cover the shrimp.  Set aside and go fire up the grill.

Drain and pat shrimp dry.

Lay them out on a baking sheet.

Drizzle a little olive oil, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.

Skewer up all the shrimp and then grill. We paired it with rib eye steak for a surf & turf with rice and grilled baby Bella’s as sides.

Quick and easy plus everyone loves it!  I love bringing this dish to a BBQ or get together because it goes great with just about anything as a side or is even a main entree for those that don't eat meat.
